What Happened

A man was crossing Artesia Boulevard heading west when a driver going southbound on Beach Boulevard struck him. The driver had a green light. Surveillance video captured the collision but the vehicle continued south on Beach Blvd without stopping. The suspect car was later found abandoned. If you were driving on Beach Blvd near Artesia between 9 and 10 PM, your dashcam may show the driver or the vehicle before it was abandoned.
