DashcamBounty was designed with evidentiary standards in mind. Every video file uploaded to the platform is SHA-256 hashed at the moment of upload, creating a cryptographic fingerprint that proves the file has not been tampered with after collection.
Files are stored encrypted on AWS S3 with presigned download URLs. Upload timestamps, submitter identity, and GPS metadata are all recorded and available in your case file.
