How this site is made

DashcamBounty covers a money-and-law topic, so we hold ourselves to the standards of one: verifiable sourcing, visible methodology, dated claims, published corrections.

Sourcing

Verification

Every data release must pass automated reconciliation checks before publication — including against independently published figures, such as the city's reported Amazon idling settlements — and the full check report for the current release is public. The underlying tables are downloadable so anyone can audit our numbers.

Updates & dates

The dataset refreshes monthly; every chart and table carries its data vintage (currently June 2026). Articles show their author and are revised when rules or data change materially.

Corrections

If we got something wrong, tell us. Verified errors are corrected on the affected page. Requests from companies named in the data are handled the same way as any other correction: against the records.

Independence

Scope

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice. We report what public records and official rules say; your situation may differ — confirm with the relevant agency or a professional.

Responsibility for everything published here rests with the author.
